Last updated: 29 July 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ManLab Gentlemen's Spa website, online booking system, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are issued in compliance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services, Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, and Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes.
2. Definitions
- ManLab, we, us — ManLab Gentlemen’s Spa, the operator of this website.
- User or you — any person accessing the website or booking our services.
- Services — grooming, spa, and wellness treatments offered at our branches.
3. Bookings and Appointments
By submitting a booking request you confirm that:
- All information provided (name, contact, preferences) is accurate and complete.
- You are authorised to make the booking for yourself or, where applicable, on behalf of another named individual.
- You will arrive on time; late arrival may shorten your treatment, and we may not be able to extend it.
- Booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation by ManLab staff.
- ManLab reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking where reasonably necessary.
4. Services and Availability
We strive to keep service descriptions and pricing accurate and up to date. However, treatments, availability, and prices may change without notice. Any specific quotation or confirmation provided in writing overrides general information on the website.
Services are delivered by qualified professionals. Outcomes may vary depending on individual factors; ManLab does not guarantee specific results.
5. Payment
Payment for services is due at the branch as confirmed at the time of booking or appointment, unless an alternative arrangement is stated. We accept the payment methods displayed at our branches. Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes where required by UAE law.
6. Cancellations and No-Shows
- To reschedule or cancel, please notify us as early as possible using the contact details in our footer.
- ManLab reserves the right to apply a no-show or late-cancellation charge in line with the policy communicated at the time of booking.
- Where a deposit or prepayment applies, it may be non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
7. Health and Conduct
- You agree to inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect your treatment.
- Some treatments may not be suitable for certain conditions or during pregnancy; please seek advice if unsure.
- You must conduct yourself respectfully towards staff and other guests. Abusive, threatening, or disruptive behaviour may result in refusal or termination of service without refund.
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian where required by law.
8. Use of the Website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:
- Misuse the booking system or submit false or misleading information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
- Reproduce, distribute, or exploit content from the website without prior written permission.
- Use the website in any manner that breaches UAE law or applicable international regulations.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and designs — is owned by ManLab or licensed to us and is protected under UAE intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, ManLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
11. Data Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is published in compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL") and aligned with international best practice, including the principles of the GDPR.
In summary, and as set out in full in the Privacy Policy:
- We collect only the data needed to confirm your appointment, deliver your services, process payment, and respond to your enquiries.
- We process data on the basis of your consent, contractual necessity, legal obligation, or our legitimate interests.
- We do not sell your personal data; it is shared only with service providers, branch staff, authorities, or advisors to the extent necessary.
- We retain data only as long as required for these purposes and for UAE legal and tax record-keeping.
- We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls.
- You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time.
To exercise your data privacy rights, or to raise a privacy concern, contact us using the details in the website footer. Where any conflict arises between these Terms and the Privacy Policy in respect of personal data, the Privacy Policy prevails.
12. Cache, Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies, browser cache, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the site, keep your booking selections between pages, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. We group them as follows:
- Strictly necessary cookies: required for the website and online booking system to function, including security and session handling.
- Functional storage and cache: browser cache and local storage that retain your selected services, chosen branch, and display preferences so your booking is not lost as you navigate.
- Analytics cookies: help us measure traffic and improve the experience; they are used in aggregate and never to identify you personally.
- Marketing cookies: used only where you have given consent, to measure the performance of our campaigns.
You can accept, block, or delete cookies and clear your cached data at any time through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies or clearing the cache mid-booking may reset your selections or prevent parts of the booking system from working. Cached and locally stored data remains on your own device and is removed when you clear your browser data.
We do not use cookies or cache to store payment card details, and we never sell data collected through these technologies.
13. Consumer Rights
These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection or other applicable consumer protection regulations.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, unless otherwise required by UAE law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of our website or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
